Alchemy Capital Management Launches Alchemy Long Term Ventures Fund, Series 3

Against this backdrop, Alchemy Capital Management has launched Alchemy Long Term Ventures Fund, Series 3 (‘Fund’), a Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). With over two decades of experience, Alchemy Capital Management has consistently focussed on identifying businesses that combine quality, scalability, and longevity. The latest fund builds on this philosophy, offering investors a structured way to participate in emerging themes across both listed and private companies.
About the Fund
Alchemy Long Term Ventures Fund, Series 3, is a close-ended fund with a tenure of four years, extendable by up to one additional year.
The minimum capital commitment is INR 1 crore, with investment in four tranches of 25% each (indicative).
Sector-agnostic in nature, the fund has the flexibility to invest up to 35% of its corpus in private opportunities.
The portfolio will primarily focus on smallcap, mid-cycle, high-growth listed and private companies.
The fund is managed by Hiren Ved, Co-Founder, Director and Chief Investment Officer, Alchemy Capital Management.
This structure allows investors to participate in companies that are at an inflection point in terms of growth. The investment strategy is anchored in Alchemy’s long-standing ‘Growth at Reasonable Price’ philosophy— focussing on high-quality companies with strong growth prospects that are well-positioned to benefit from India’s structural growth story. The fund will explore emerging and scalable sectors such as data centres, AI, defence, green mobility, semiconductors, manufacturing, healthcare, biotech and more.
